SBNR Workshop

Rutgers University (Jan 29-31, 2026)

At the first workshop, each research group presented their initial research plans for the grant. The philosophers on the grant gave "lightning talks" of 10 minutes on their reactions to the grant topic. And the group tried out certain training techniques, to give feedback on them. Several experienced consultants also participated to give some initial thoughts and guidance. A rendition of Meatloaf's "Bat out of Hell" was considered the most impressive at karaoke. Participants included Tanya Luhrmann, Dean Zimmerman, Philip Corlett, Eleanor Schille-Hudson, Timothy Perrine, Wes Skolits, Santiago Castiello de Obeso, Terence Cuneo, Eric Steinhart, Jada Strabbing, Neza Vehar, David Landy, Ben Alderson-Day, and Louis Sass
